The partnership is built for 12 months because that's how long real change takes to look at every part of your business and give each strategy long enough to get results. But if after your first 3 months you don't feel it's working for you, you can leave, no hard feelings. Sam's job is to earn your continued investment every single month.

How are the calls structured?
Each call is 45 minutes on Zoom. Your first call starts with a full diagnostic of your business so Sam knows exactly where to focus. After that, calls alternate between strategy sessions and accountability check-ins. You'll always leave with clear next steps.
When can I book my calls?
Sam's call availability runs from 10am to 3pm Monday to Friday UK time. You book directly through his Calendly link after joining, and can schedule both calls for the month at a time that suits you.
Is this right for me if I'm just starring out?
The partnership works best for independent retailers who are already trading and want to grow. If you're pre-launch or very early stage, please book a free consultation HERE and Sam will be able to advise what would be best for you.
What's the difference between standard and VIP?
Both include the same two calls per month with Sam. What happens after 12 months?
At the end of your 12-month partnership you can choose to continue, move to a different level of support, or step back. There's no automatic renewal and no pressure either way.
