Hi, I’m Sam.
I didn’t start out as a retail coach. I started as a shop owner.
Like many independent retailers, my first brick-and-mortar store struggled for years. I was working incredibly hard, trying different ideas, hoping something would finally bring in more customers and increase sales…
What eventually changed everything for me was realising that successful shops don’t grow by accident.
They grow because certain things are in place that make it easier for customers to notice the shop, understand it, and buy.
Once I began applying those principles, things started to change.
My business grew from a struggling single store into multiple retail locations. I went on to create my own award-winning product line and built a successful ecommerce arm alongside the shops before eventually selling the business.
Now, I help independent retailers who are working hard turn that effort into real results.
